The Minnesota Wind Chill loves to join our community for birthday parties, community events, corporate events, and other various special occasions! Please reach out to our team and let us know how our fun-loving mascot, Chilly, or one of our professional ultimate frisbee athletes can make your party or event special.
In your message be sure to include your name, company or organization name and description (if applicable), event name and description (date, time, location, etc.), attendee information (age of birthday party attendees, number of attendees, etc.), if you’d like to request a player and/or mascot visit, and any other important details (parking, mascot changing area, expectations of visit, etc.).
Please note: a request does not guarantee that we’ll be able to schedule an appearance. For the safety of Chilly and our professional players, we typically send at least two people on every visit and reserve the right for our representatives to leave at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Birthday Parties
Make your special day even more special with a visit from either Chilly or our professional players! Although every birthday party is slightly different, we typically allocate 15-30 minutes for photos, autographs, cake cutting, and presents; and we allocate 45-60 minutes for fun and engaging ultimate frisbee and disc golf games, activities and challenges.
Each birthday party includes a special birthday present (hat and disc) for the birthday kid and autograph cards for each birthday party attendee. We also provide all of the equipment needed for our team to facilitate the ultimate frisbee and disc golf games, activities and challenges.
Parties must be scheduled at least one month in advance, though further notice is often helpful with scheduling. We do not help with reserving a space for the birthday party. We only visit birthday parties for children 14 years old or younger, and for the safety of Chilly and our professional players, we typically send at least two people to each birthday party.
Mascot and professional player birthday party visits are $200 for 60 minutes or $300 for 90 minutes. Ready to book your birthday party? Reach out to our team today!

Community Events
A visit from a Minnesota Wind Chill player or our mascot, Chilly, are sure to bring the fun and excitement to your upcoming community event! Typical community events we attend include community celebrations, races, festivals, and more events where large numbers of people gather.
We understand the needs of every event is different, and our team will work with you to make our visit the most impactful. Community visits must be scheduled at least one month in advance, though further notice is often helpful with scheduling. For the safety of Chilly and our professional players, we typically send at least two people to each visit and limit the visits to no more than two hours.

Corporate Events & Other Special Occasions
Are you interested in booking a Minnesota Wind Chill player, coach, or mascot for your corporate event or another special occasion?
We host a number of corporate team building and learn-to-play ultimate frisbee clinics for adults each year. Clinics can consist of ultimate frisbee games, drills, activities and challenges; questions and answers; photos; and/or autographs. We provide all of the equipment needed for our team to facilitate the ultimate frisbee clinic. Please schedule your visit at least one month in advance, though further notice is often helpful with scheduling.
A limited number of our players and coaches are also available to speak to your group. Sorry, Chilly doesn’t do public speaking! Among our trained and vetted speakers include:
