Alexandre Fall started playing frisbee at the University of Virginia in 2015. His good friend from elementary school Moussa Dia picked up the weird sport at the rival school William & Mary the year prior and helped to convince Fall to try out for the UVA team. Fall made the team thanks, in large part, to the speed and endurance he developed from running track in high school. His initial lack of throwing skills locked him in as a d line grinder, and he's been a d line grinder ever since, beginning his d line grinder career with the DC Breeze in 2018.
Outside of frisbee, Fall is passionate about public policy. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master of Public Policy and now works at the Pew Charitable Trusts.
