The Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) has announced that Evan Swiatek of the Austin Sol has been suspended one game for a foul committed during the April 25 game versus the Atlanta Hustle. 

With 6:10 remaining in the fourth quarter, Swiatek made a diving bid on an Atlanta inbound pass, making egregious contact with Hustle player Lukas McClamrock below the knees. McClamrock was assisted off the field and did not return to the game. 

The UFA Disciplinary Committee reviewed video after the game and ruled the play to be reckless with the potential to cause immediate danger or injury to players involved.
