Quick Reference Game Day Guide

  • Location: Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium, 2235 Campus Dr, Evanston, IL 60208
  • Parking: Free on weekends and after 4 PM weekdays (North Garage or Surface Lot)
  • Tailgating: Starts 90 minutes before kickoff (for example, 4:30 PM for a 6 PM game) north of the stadium. Beer and grills allowed.
  • Gates Open: 30 minutes before kickoff (for example, 5:30 PM for a 6 PM game)
  • Clear Bag Policy: 12" x 6" x 12" clear bags or one-gallon Ziploc bags required

Stadium Information

Parking & Directions

  • Free Parking:
    Parking is free on weekends and after 4 PM weekdays in the North Garage (first on the left after turning onto Campus Drive) or the Surface Lot immediately west of the turf fields. Follow yard signs advertising "Free Parking" into these spaces! 

  • How to Get There:
    From Lincoln Street, head east, turn south onto Campus Drive, and follow signs for the garage or lot.

Stadium Entry

  • Main entrance and ticket gate are at the northwest corner of the stadium.
  • Gates open 30 minutes before kickoff (for example, 5:30 PM for a 6 PM game).

Clear Bag Policy

  • One clear bag per person (12" x 6" x 12") or a one-gallon clear Ziploc bag.
  • Small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed.
  • Diaper bags are allowed but must be searched.
  • Medically necessary items are permitted after inspection.
  • Cameras, binoculars, phones, and tablets can be carried separately if not in a bag.

Mobile Tickets

  • Tickets will be emailed upon purchase. Fans can then add to their Apple Wallet, present the QR code on their phone, or print them at home.
  • If you forget your ticket or it is not loading, staff can look up your order with your name or order number (photo ID required).

Tailgating

  • Tailgates begin 90 minutes prior to the opening pull (for example, 4:30 PM for a 6 PM game) north of the stadium.
  • Beer and grills are permitted in the tailgate area. Fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on. Note: grills are not permitted to be lit within the parking garage. 
  • Equipment may not block sidewalks, parking spaces, or traffic flow.
  • Gates open 30 minutes before the opening pull (for example, 5:30 PM for a 6 PM game).

Food and Beverage

  • Concessions include burgers, hot dogs, pretzels, candy, chips, and beverages.
  • Beer is available for purchase inside the stadium.

Prohibited Items

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the following items are not permitted:

  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Metal or glass water bottles
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drones or other remote-controlled devices
  • Fireworks or other flammable items

Where do I park?

Fan parking is free on weekends and after 4pm on weekdays in the lot immediately west of the stadium, and in the parking garage. Enter by heading east on Lincoln Street then turning south on Campus Drive, and following it around until you see the garage on the left, and later parking lot on the right just prior to the fields.

Where is the entrance to the stadium?

The ticket gate and main entry are in the northwest corner of the stadium.

How much are tickets?

General admission tickets to regular season games are $19 for Adults, $15 for High School and College Students, $11 for Kids 6-12 and Kids 5 & under FREE​!

For playoff games, tickets are $24 for Adults, $20 for High School and College Students, $15 for Kids 6-12 and Kids 5 & under FREE.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. Group discounts are also available by emailing outreach@gochicagounion.com - bring your family, company, or club to a game!

I bought my tickets online - what now?

You should have received an email with your electronic ticket(s). If not, try searching "Chicago Union" in your inbox. You can print your mobile tickets, add them to your Apple Wallet, or simply bring your phone to the gate for staff to scan the QR code. Don't worry if you forget to bring your ticket or can't access the email from your phone - staff can look it up using your order number or your name if you provide a photo ID.

What is the bag policy?
Only clear bags (12" x 6" x 12"), one-gallon clear Ziploc bags, or small clutches (4.5" x 6.5") are allowed.

Will there be food at the game?

Yes, we have concessions available at the stadium, including staples like burgers, hot dogs, and beverages.

Will there be beer at the game?

Yes! Starting with the 2025 season, beer will be available for purchase inside the gates at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium!

Is there anything for kids to do?

In addition to our Fun Zone on the southwest side of the field which includes throwing targets, a disc golf net, bags/cornhole, kan jam, and a bounce house (weather permitting), fans can come onto the field after the game is over to throw around on the field, meet the players, and get autographs!
