The Atlanta Hustle are investing in the growth of youth ultimate in the Atlanta metro area by adding Elijah Jaime to their organization as Futures Program Manager. The Hustle Futures brand is the collection of Hustle youth activities, including camps, academy, clinics, tournaments, private coaching, and outreach. It has its own social media account and mailing list. 

Jaime brings seriousness and intentionality to competition prep, believing that excellence in the small details will translate to success in the big moments. He balances his high standards with generous encouragement, and loves to see players experience growth in both recreational and competitive settings.

His experience includes: 

• Six years in the UFA with Nashville, Atlanta, and Salt Lake, including two division championships and 200 goals scored.
• Over a decade of elite club experience, most recently five years as a founding captain of the coed team Huntsville Space Force, with three trips to USA Ultimate Club National Championships.
• Established Huntsville Area Youth Ultimate in 2018, and served as volunteer commissioner for local leagues and clinics through 2022.
• He has been coaching Futures summer camp since 2022, and served as head coach in 2025
• He played college ultimate with the UAH Nightmares
